Why is the Obama administration trying to rewrite the constitution? I hope you don't support dismantling the Fourth Amendment. Police have no right to enter you home without a search warrant. The first thing a homeowner does is try to protect their family from felons and intruders when someone breaks into their house. Innocent people have died because the police had the wrong address. If America is going to become a police state, I'm going to move to Mexico, where it's cheaper to bribe the government.REPORT COMMENTS

The members of the Supreme Court are human beings, with their own opinions, and political views, but I just cannot understand HOW this Court could possibly make such a move. We have a Constitution, which provides us with laws, and it has served us well, for over 200 years. It needs to be adhered to. The Courts are only supposed to interpret existing laws, .. not to challenge or rewrite them. We all need to pay more attention to what's going on, before we no longer have ANY rights left. Don't just talk about these issues with co-workers and friends. Stand up, and DO something; we all need to contact our legislators, and tell them that they MUST stand with the Constitution.REPORT COMMENTS

When does it end.People are going to die because of these rulings.The American people are lawfully permitted to defend their property, all this is going to bring about is the deaths of more citizens and more police officers. I suppose that the second amendment will be the next one to go.It seems like the powers that be are wanting the public to lash out. You can only provoke people so much.I do recommend that police officers do knock before hand.Seeing that this is a devious ruling. If you give these judges that kind of power and scoff at the Constitution what recourse do the American people have.I thought that these people have sworn to uphold the Constitution.Congress , I am afraid for our lives .
