Our counsel ates are considered sovereign property of USA and our ambassadors are considered personal representatives of the President. When they call on the 'hot' line & inform they are under attack -- protocol REQUIRES that the President be notified within 10 minutes! At the same time air bases are notified where F- 16 ' s are on the runway ready to take off within 10 min ---waiting for instructions. The American people deserve to know why nothing was done to help - over 9 hr. The State Dept hung up on them. Panetta ( who had a 500 bill defense budget) said 'we're not a 911 service' when asked why he didn't send help. Where was the Commander in Chief? ?? What was that deceitful, incompetent H. C. up to in the months before, during & after Benghazi? Not only has there been no accountability for the needless deaths of those great Americans (& horrible injuries to all those others) but now they want to stop the investigation.
