The veteran mentioned in the form letter was Jose Guerena, killed by 22 bullets from a SWAT team that invaded his home without a warrant and was looking for Guerena's brother, who didn't live with him. Guerena himself was innocent. --- The right-wing ruling in the Kentucky v. Kng case is disgustingly totalitarian. Rescind it. Also repeal the so-called Patriot Act. Note that 27 of the 50 states have already passed statewide resolutions saying they will NOT comply with its many unconstitutional provisions. -

It is mid-boggling that the Supreme Court would rule against such a sacred protection of privacy in our own homes, without a proper search warrant.
