Killing his cattle robs him and the goverment of the money you claim he owes,but you have no right to do what you did on Federal land what belongs to Nevada,since the feds did not remove the cattll when they had the courts on their side but decided to to nothing has given the Bundy's rights to graze that land through "Perspective rights . A prescriptive right when it comes to property is being enabled to obtain a title or an interest when the original owner fails to use or claim authority. A prescriptive right to property is dominion over that property for an exclusive period of time defined by the law.Therefore since the cattle does not affect the tortoises habitat you had no recourse to kill or evick his cattle from these lands that Ried was using deadly force to remove said cattle from land yhat he used for the past 100 plus years for this purpose.REPORT COMMENTS
