As a retired Military Member of the Armed Services, I agree that Gun Free Zones SHOULD NOT exhist on Military Bases or Posts. Most Military Members have proven that they are experts when it comes to handling weapons. It takes too long for Military or Civilian Police Forces to get to a crime scene to stop the violence. In some of these Cases, if the Military Members had been armed and with live ammunition, deaths would have likely NOT occurred. Members of the United States House and Senate, most of them, have never been in the Military Forces, so they have never been in close quarters with violence. Military Experience will always be the, Exceptional Rule, in an Emergency.REPORT COMMENTS
