I can see it now: just hours before O's term expires, he will pardon / grant clemency to Holder (just the way Clinton abused the privilege, and Ford pardoned Nixon). Congress, you should be incensed over this. If an "employee" in the private sector refused the lawful orders of his boss, the emp would be fired!
