I was making automatic payments to the IRS for the last 2 years. We owed some more So I contacted them and said just tack it on and keep making payments. This has resulted in 6 letters to us saying that they are still thinking about it and they will get back to us. This amount is only $10000 dollars but we don't have it all in one place. If a flat tax was instituted we wouldn't need this corrupt 10 ton gorilla of an agency picking and choosing who to pick on next. I want a flat tax where everyone pays the same percentage. This would solve a lot of problems, .GOV had the chance yrs. ago to institute this but it meant the House and Senate would have to give up too much of their precious power to ever do whats best for the people. I would like to see this change but I suspect the House and Senate will be no more willing to give up thier power this time around either. Some day we will have to get around to electing a .GOV that works for US not themselves.REPORT COMMENTS
