This is really cooperate welfare on the taxpayer dime. Welfare needs to be downsized and time limited. Welfare should be limited to severe medical problems, injuries, or mental disorders - not healthy men and women who work under the table and collect welfare, or have another baby to increase welfare. Changes like, if you go on welfare with one baby, you don't get increased payments for additional. The government is a great proponent of planned parenthood - so send these welfare gals to be put on birth control. There is no reason to pay for phones, or at the very least the phones should be the most basic - like make a phone call and limit the time. It is amazing how many people walk around talking for hours - truly not necessary, particularly when taxpayers get to carry the burden.REPORT COMMENTS
