Just like all other programs to entice those who do not even qualify for most of them, this is the most rediculous. We do not need to be paying for cell phones. These types of people need to work if they want a phone --- I have to. On food stamps & other programs, I feel there should be drug testing before qualifying. Any person who applies for a job has to have one. It's our tax dollars paying for it so why should we not demand it. Oh, this may get me in trouble with the IRS. The same needs to be stopped in sending money & military aid to our enemies. Do you think maybe the Benghazi cover-up is not only due to the election but there was a gun-running operation to enemies. And whistleblowers have been told they will face 20 years in prison if they speak up. But no jail time for Obama, Clinton, Holder, IRS......?REPORT COMMENTS
