I dont have a smart phone just a old flip phone with no internet service. Why should I pay for services that I dont even have myself. If you can't pay for it you don't need itREPORT COMMENTS

Government has a lot of fraud and waste in various programs. One example is the over $2 million spent to furnish free phones. Too many who are not needy get these phones. It is time to stop this fraudulent give-away. STOP "Uncle Sam's Unlimited Plan" by passing H.R. 176! Thank you.REPORT COMMENTS

The government program of supplying free phones and phone plans to the "needy" is evidence that the government is ineffective in administering government programs. Charities validate that people are truly needy before they give assistance, but the government gives assistance to dead people, and those who actually pay for phone service are forced to pay the bill. It's time to drop the program, not expand it.REPORT COMMENTS

It's ridiculous that some people can get 2-3 cell phones with free minutes while senior citizens who need them can't get them due to being frugal early on. Senior Citizens need help.REPORT COMMENTS
