Why fix something that is beyond repair. Replace it with something simple that cannot be manipulated for crony cpayouts. -

It's time to stop discussing it and to start doing something. No one understands the current tax code. I've seen no proposals better than the Fair Tax.REPORT COMMENTS

Lets make sure everyone pays their fair share by passing the fair tax. This MUST be passed. Im fed up with this current tax system and all who cheat it.REPORT COMMENTS

The current tax code is impossible to understand. The IRS is corrupt at the very top and who knows how far down that goes. The fair tax is the only proposal that eliminates the IRS and starts over. Do it!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

In a free country what I make or don't make should be no ones business. The tax system as turned into a huge social experiment with the select privilege politicians getting to play God with who should pay and who shouldn't. The consumption tax means all pay into the Government. Rich, poor, honest, or even criminal. Programs for the poor should still be maintained but let everyone pay equally so we are all equal together in our support of liberty.REPORT COMMENTS

The Income Tax Code is at the HEART of the economic problems in this country. It has created a society of have's and have not's and virtually eliminated upward economic mobility for most Americans. Pass the FairTax Act and do what's RIGHT for the vast majority of Americans. This will lead to other necessary REFORMS needed within the Federal Government and help to even the playing field between BIG and Small Businesses leading to better market competition that benefits consumers.REPORT COMMENTS

I believe the Fair Tax is the best solution to the horrible tax situation that now exists. H.R. 25 and S.155 should be passed and made the law of the land. I encourage you to invite representatives from the Fair Tax organization to address congress and answer any questions that may arise. Thank you, John BrownREPORT COMMENTS

My only disagreement with the Fair Tax proposal is that it is revenue neutral at a rate of 23%. I want it to raise less revenue at a rate of 17 %. I believe there is that much waste in current spending.REPORT COMMENTS
