Us= the people. There is absolutely NO reason that our government should be able to tax us on income, tax us for purchases (groceries/vehicles/clothes/EVERYTHING) made post income tax, tax us post net (taxed) income for any profits made (home sell), tax us for profits made on personal items sold that taxes were already paid on (eBay), and then pay for social security that will never be reimbursed. At 35 years old, I will NEVER see a return of the investment I was lead to believe I was making in my future. It is LITERALLY legalized robbery, and ANY blue blooded American with half a brain cell can see that this is the polar opposite of what FAIR tax stands for. Furthermore, our taxes are being used in ways that "we the people" oppose. I do NOT want to pay for the rebuilding of other countries, the Internal Revenue Service, our crooked politicians, or even excessive spending by our president and other government officials. It would be much better invested in my 401K or CD AND and my being taxed on strictly the leisurely items I CHOOSE to purchase. Fair tax.org is the ONLY option that is constitutional and if given this option with true understanding of how it works, 100% of citizens I believe would choose to vote in the way of it.REPORT COMMENTS
