This one bill will simplify the tax code, stimulate the economy, bring back companies, jobs, and repatriated trillions of dollars, end the IRS (saving billions of dollars), and ensure that every person in America will have "skin in the game." I would love to see it paired with a budget bill limiting spending in any fiscal period to 90% of actual revenues to the treasury in the previous fiscal period, with the remaining 10% going only to principle on the debt until paid, then to unfunded liabilities until fully funded, then to a national savings account until it totals 4 or 5 years' revenues, then the tax to be reduced 10%.REPORT COMMENTS
