Our nation is based on the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Our President is sworn to uphold our Constitution and protect our freedoms, so to me both President Obama and Hilary Clinton are committing a crime and an act of treason to do this against both the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as well as against the will of the people and bypassing Congress. If he does this, he needs to be impeached immediately as one more proof of his desire to destroy the USA. In England they cannot even carry a small pocket knife!
