On another matter; I am retired on fixed income. Should you get the opportunity please proactively vote no to any issues on HB4646 regarding financial taxes or surcharges. In addition since we as Americans have earned little if any interest, dividends, or appreciation on any of our savings for 2011 and, it appears into 2012 I suggest you elected officials initiate a moratorium on all taxes pertaining to any withdrawals on IRAS and furthermore you waive any required RMD for the two years indicated.
