THERE NEEDS TO BE CHANGES to the immigration laws.....immigrants must first and foremost, read, speak and write in ENGLISH or they can go back to their country. Immigrants must pay for all of their own education, healthcare and prove they are capable of being productive members of our society in the United State of America, not be on generational welfare programs that suck me and my fellow taxpayers dry. Cut the dependence of immigrants relying on the Federal or State government for that matter for their every need. Come out of the shadows and make the illegals more welcome, when the same illegals are protesting in D.C. demanding what they want. That would be like I break into your home, use you food, energy and resources and then demand that I stay in your house with you supporting me. This is logical. The borders need to be secured, this bill does not accomplish this. It also goes way beyond the pale when it puts DHS, Napalitano in charge who can change anything about the restrictions placed on the illegals to gain legal status. It is obvious to me and many others that the IRS, DOJ, EPA and DHS along with other agencies are operating as a rogue nation. They don't follow the law of the land, they don't answer questions or provide information requested by Congress and have taken the position of Obama that Congress and the laws are irrevelant. The Constitution and Bill of Rights according to Obama Constrain him and the IRS under someones' direction sees it as a target to harass citizens.REPORT COMMENTS

All they are concerned with are votes and whatever they can do to spend more taxpayer money! I for one do not trust the senate or the house to do the right thing!
