PULL THE PLUG ON THE EPA, and let them ride off into the sunset. They do more harm than good.

Some time ago, I was incensed by the EPA's over reach prohibiting a family in Idaho from building a house on some water front property. My immediate reaction to the shameful EPA bankrupting a family was this. I am sworn to up hold the constitution. I served over 20 years in the USAF believing that we were a free people and that I was part of its defense. Little did I realize the enemy is increasingly within our boundaries. The EPA actions is nothing short of fascism. Further, where are the honorable folks within EPA, or are they a bunch of bureaucratic whores, selling their American and constitutional honor for a mess of pottage - position, power and pension? They swore to uphold the constitution too, but have trampled on it. Even further, where is the outrage and action on the part of the houses of congress to stop this. We elect you to make sure we remain a free people. Interestingly, quizically, and finally, it took a junior senator to initiate action to begin reigning in this out of control agency. I urge you to support Senator Rand Paul's S. 2122 -- the Defense of Environment and Property Act of 2012. Property rights are among the natural rights codified in our Constitution, the supreme law of the land.. Property rights are an essential part of a free society. So with all due respect, do your constitutionally sworn duty and support S.2122. And eliminate the EPA and department of ENERGY!

Just leaving out 1 word can change the hole meaning if a statement. But that's not the change we want. You need to support Senator Rand Paul's bill, S.2122

Actually living on the shore of a "Sometimes Navigable" "Waterway" I have encountered these unelected Lawmakers first hand. It ain't pretty - they should pay my Prop. Taxes since I don't have beneficial use of my land. All these "Alphabet Bureaucracies" should have their wings clipped.
