Lawmakers should abide by the same laws that they force on the American people such as this despicable ObamaCare. Members of Congress should NOT be able to choose from which laws they will excempt themselves. They are to be servants and NOT to be able to vote raises and perks for themselves that the taxpayers have to pay. Pres. Obama thinks he is KING! He is NOT. America was founded on the Constitution and Bill of Rights that the government is of the people, by the people, and for the people, not of, by, and for the government. The founding fathers wanted to get away from the ruling party, KING, or QUEEN, as in England, and came to this country to give the people the power. America is headed for disaster if it keeps going the way Congress and this Pres. are taking us, especially with such a huge debt and socialized medicine run by the government under ObamaCare. If the restrictions you wish to place on our liberties is good enough for us, they should definitely be good enough for you. One example is can a business owner claim vacation travel as an expense? No he can not; yet Pac money will allow a politician to spend public money that was donated to them to pay for anything. Go ahead and don't pass this 28th Amendment but give everyone the right to take as deducations the same thing as you.
