Apparently (and it has never been so apparent as now!) the real reason many negative laws are passed (as well as positive one's ignored) is because members of Congress can't feel the 'hurt' of the results of their passage. And since they've gotten into the habit of not putting "any Skin in the game" (elitists?) why should they? I urge you, my elected representatives to get behind this growing movement! The Truth will out! You can fool some of the people all the time; you can fool all the people some of the time; but you can't fool ALL the people ALL of the time!! "Members of Congress are servants of the people, not a ruling class separate and distinct from the people," says Rep. DeSantis. "Congress cannot be allowed to impose burdens on the American people while relieving its own members of those burdens. A twenty-eighth amendment is needed to hold Congress accountable and to restore principles of proper constitutional government." Also, remeber our founding fathers. Federalist #57 states that: Congress "can make no law which will not have its full operation on themselves and their friends, as well as on the great mass of the society." You must join with Reps. Ron DeSantis and Matt Salmon and get behind a new 28th Ammendment to the Constitution. If you don't, we the people will see that you are out for yourself and have no respect for us, your boss. Rand Paul has also introduced S.J. Res. 25 "proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relative to applying laws equally to the citizens of the United States and the Federal Government." Why do you think you are above the law, yet are trying to force your constituents to follow those same awful laws? If you are truly Representing the People, you would Defund/Delay ObamaCare and join the good Reps. and Senator Paul and sign into our constitution, Amendment 28! We the People are watching you!
