You must sponsor a bill or join in the sponsorship of a bill which will make it plain and simple that our "Fourth Amendment Rights" cannot be infringed upon by any governmental enitity or authority whether it be local, state or federal and that the ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court CANNOT be construed to permit search and seizure of an American Citizen's home and personal property by any policing body at any level of government WITHOUT A WARRANT HAVING BEEN PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BY A U.S. COURT ON THE BASIS OF PROBABLE CAUSE PRIOR TO ANY SUCH ACTION BEING INITIATED!
