Never figured I would see it in real life. Obama is one SCARED LITTLE BOY for him to go this route. This was/is just another thing he was using to make his Martial Law plan easier to enact. But I have seen what bureaucrats with no accountability, led by the most corrupt leadership in our history, have done with it.
