Under the law, that being the Constitution, the Cybersecurity act of 2012, H.R. 1981 and S. 1308 are in direct conflict with articles 1 and 4 of the Bill of Rights. My reference is the" Sixteenth American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section177, Second late Edition, Section 256." In the law books. "The general misconception is that any Statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. Etc. etc.REPORT COMMENTS
