I believe term limits should be extended to Representatives and Senators; furthermore, A Senators should be appointed by State Government, - 2 for each State, and not be a Nationally elected office. Additionally, I think that all "Representatives" should not have health insurance for life and the other perks that make the job so attractive that the individual congress person wants to make it a life's work. It was never intended to be that. Time to get back to basics and make the House truly representative of the people.REPORT COMMENTS

Term limits should be set for everyone that runs for office. I feel that 3 terms for Senators and 10 terms for Congressmen should be enough. Why so many years? If they are going to get a great retirement for life not to mention the benefits, then I think that they should at least serve as long the military must before receiving pay and benefits. In order to qualify for retirement until they reach these bottom lines then perhaps more of them might do as their constituents expected. Also, overturn the 17th Amendment because then our State reps. would start doing what is right or they will not be re-elected for they will also be judged by their Senatorial selections.REPORT COMMENTS
