That the justification for the program is so obviously a lie is amazing to me. Supposedly, the object was to allow guns to cross the border, so they could TRACK them & catch them in the hands of the criminals who "ordered" the guns to be bought,, WELL,, just exactly what method was to be USED to TRack those guns? How were they to be followed, exactly? Describe to me the mechanism that was to allow those guns to be tracked.. SILENCE would follow.. because there Is No Way to TRack guns once they leave your sight, NOw,, Once it was discovered that the guns could not be tracked, which they discovered after the Very First Shipment failed to produce an arrest,, Did They STOP??
