We do not need any judge that is against the Constitition or who doesnt understand what the Constitution stands for. WE need American judges who will work within the Constitutional Law with the understanding of the Founding Fathers----of which Wilkins is not one. Please oppose the confirmation of this man. How far off the path have we come, when a President is allowed to murder you because he thinks your a terrorist, or right-wing 'extremist'. It is a pipe dream to believe that gun violence will be reduced by stifling our Second Amendment rights. The guns used in the murders which occur daily are rarely guns that are legally purchased or possessed, and will continue to be available to criminals despite restrictive gun laws. Chicago's murder rate is a case in point. The goal of the anti-gun government officials is to disarm the population because that is the first step toward subjugating a population. This phenomenon has recurred throughout history. DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN HERE!!! The Second Amendment exists to protect us from tyranny.
