EVEN THE FACT THAT WE MIGHT ENTERTAIN THE IDEA OF LETTING THE UN TAKE OVER OUR GOVT IN SUCH A WAY IS REDICULOS---OBAMA AND HILIARY ARE GOOD FOR THIS---ALWAYS GOING TO MEETING AND PROMISING THE UN ALL SORTS OF THINGS. ITS TIME TO STOP THESE ACTIONS. THE UN IS JUST AN ORGANIZATION, IT IS NOT A GOVT OF ANY KIND AND HAS NO RIGHT TO DISCUSS OUR CONSTITUTION IN ANY WAY. WE SHOULD GET OUT OF THE UN----THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF 3RD WORLD LEADERS WHO DONT EVEN TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN COUNTRIES. THERE PEOPLE ARE STARVING AND SITTING IN THE DIRT. WE GIVE THEM FOREIGN AID THAT NEVER GETS TO THE PEOPLE---THE UN DIVERTS OUR DOLLARS INTO MYSTICAL CAUSES AND THEN DISAPPEARS. THE UN IS NO GOOD FOR THE UNITED STATES. The U.N. cannot legally institute any laws in the United States. The ONLY laws that are legal are those passed by Congress, The House and Senate. ANY "law" proposed by the U.N. should be rejected outright. ALL Senators, Congresspersons and Representatives should be held absolutely responsible for their "oath" to uphold the Constitution. Any law that originates in the U.N. must be regarded as a "foreign law" and treated as such. This is especially true of Shari'a, which is about as un-democratic as it can get and is repugnet to most AmericansREPORT COMMENTS

I don't see how any treaty can supercede the constitution.Otherwise I assume the whole constitution can be voided and/or overridden if we simply enter into such an agreement.It seems to me that the US should treat UN agreements like the rest of the world treats them,i.e. as inconsequential rubbish to be adhered to if one is in the mood.REPORT COMMENTS

this country was formed on free speech, free religious rights, how can our government allow Sharia or UN law to over ride our Constitution. For those in office ,that don't uhhold the Constitution, then they should move out of the US and allow someone to take their place that will follow, according to what the Constitution stands for.
