If you truly want to abolish the IRS, the flat tax won't do it. It leaves the IRS in place to 1) collect our personal information and thus make it possible for our personal information to be shared for political targeting, 2) perform audits including targeted political audits, 3) keeps the IRS in control of defining which organization is a "non-profit", again allowing for political targeting. The FairTax is the only solution which abolishes the IRS. I could write (and have written) volumes on why the FairTax is a better solution the FlatTax. 68 House Representatives and 5 Senators agree with me. They are consponsoring the bill! The FairTax will bring an estimated 2 MILLION jobs to the US within the first 2 years! This is a MUST DO! So, please, let's do this!REPORT COMMENTS
