Mr. Obama has overstepped his authority in so many ways that, it seems, he must be stopped. I think that congress, like the American people, are finally tired of his bullying and underhandedness. If impeachment is the only way then I'm all for it. The Constitution is sacred to us and has protected our rights for over 200 years. It's time to fight. -

Any EO which has the effect of bypassing the due process of proper legislation is patently unconstitutional. The "executive power" does not under any stretch of the imagination constitutionally encompass "legislative power."
