It is positively chilling, Congresses total lack of oversight on the creation of these private armies in every department of the Federal Government and as we saw with BLM the total abuse of power. Is this Obama civilian army that he wanted, a gestapo group that's only loyalty is to Obama and his minions? Since from the IRS scandal which involves 13 in Senate and House, hummm wonder who might be involved?, to Benghazi and the abandonment of four Americans to be murdered where the whereabouts of Obama is unknow to this date, tho we know from the DUDE that he wasn't in situation room and all the lies and coverups and the lies and defense to continue to stop the investigation. Holder refuses to investigate the IRS and the latest the Veterans scandal. Do you have a conscience or honor - any of you. Your silence is deafening .... you are suppose to protect and serve the Consitution and yet Dirty Harry is trying to eliminate free speech, guns are always under assault and for those of us that have studied history know what that means to the population. You are all gung ho to give amnesty to illegals, but god forbid you be upset or say anything about the 38,000 criminally convicted illegals including murderers and rapist that Obama and DHS let loose. We need legislation to d-militarize the multitude of Federal Agencies who do not have National Security as their primary responsibility. Why does BLM, Forest Service, EPA, ATF, Treasury, Transportation and even the Post Office need to have a paramilitary capability? How much money is spent on the multitude of internal Federal paramilitary organizations? Maybe we would all be better served if, when the Feds need armed resources, they get a judge to issue a support order to the local sheriff. Sheriffs have swat teams with significant firepower, sheriffs know the local community, and sheriffs are answerable to the local citizen. Sheriffs could charge the Federal agency for the support further reducing the burden on the local taxpayer. Posse Comitatus protects the American citizen from domestic action by the U.S. Military, but what went down at the Cliven Bundy ranch looked a lot like domestic military action and I think that action violated the spirit of Posse Comitatus.REPORT COMMENTS

I would like an explanation why every department in this administration has been given a swat team - WHY? Obama said when he was running that he wanted a civilian army bigger and better armed than the military and in the mean time has fired generals that refused to fire on citizens. How does someone create their own army within our government and no one in Congress has any knowledge of it, how was it funded and why the hell do we have rogue swat teams that are send like the BLM swat team to surround a ranch, snipers in the hills and heavy weapons, with corrals set up as free speech zones, destroy private property, kill cattle and line up auctioneer's and cattle round up costing millions to protect turtles that BLM are killing and a supposedly million dollar debt for grazing. Sounds more like someone in Congress has set up some deal with outside companies, but hey, without an investigation into the corruption and thuggery we wont know will we. I still want an answer to the swat teams set up in every agency - then we have all the fema camps surrounded with concertina wire - like prisions with guards at the gate - hummmmm.REPORT COMMENTS

All these swat armed teams created in all the different agencies - is this Obama's private army. Sure don't have to be trained to the same standard, do these swat teams sign on to honor and protect the Constitution or is there a secret pledge to follow Obama and his minions. They seem to be the invisible arm of the Obama administration and yet obviously they don't mind going out and attacking citizens as a group and destroy private property, kill animals and threaten to kill people.
