The arrogance of this President is leading this country into a state of desperation. -

In a recent letter to members of Congress, the President asked for legislation providing him the authority to use of military force against ISIS. He even gave legislators a draft of the legislation he wants But if the United States is to go to War, Congress not the President is to set the terms. This is why Special Operations Speaks needs you to take action now and start contacting members of the U.S. House and Senate. If Congress is to authorize Obama to act -- if they are to Declare War as the Constitution requires -- certain definitions must be put in place: 1. Define the Enemy -- Radical Islamic Extremism 2. Define the Rules of Engagement -- Untie the troops' hands 3. Define the Goal -- Victory. We will not end this war; we will win it. We fully expect that Congress would insist on all three qualifications.REPORT COMMENTS

We should have been fighting the Islamists like we did during WWII against the Japanese and Germans, both fanatic regimes. We crushed them, rebuilt them during a short occupation, and then returned their sovereignty as free people and allies. Unleash our military to destroy our enemies, no holds barred, relentless offensive action, and no more stupid ROE requiring our military to wait for the enemy to shoot first before we can return fire. Congress must do something to "encourage" Obama to stop his insane policies, perhaps tie him in knots with investigations and impeachment proceedings. After all, he and his minions are the most serious threats to the domestic and national security of the US and The Constitution.REPORT COMMENTS

Remove the rules of engagement chasing down a shooter. Give us the tools to fight unrestrained. Take (Arguably; the entire WH Staff) out of the warfighting and let those on the ground do the job without interference. NO MORE GAMES our lives count. If we are not going there to kill them all and win then stay home and watch your damn TV.REPORT COMMENTS

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT MUST BE CLEAR. OUR TROOPS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK PERMISSION TO RETURN FIRE. OUR TROOPS SHOULD ENGAGE THE ENEMY AND ELIMINATE THE THREAT TO ALL CIVILIZED SOCIETIES.REPORT COMMENTS

Stop gutting our military by driving out the warriors and leaving the politically correct*****kissers in charge. Stop cutting the military budget and wasting money on stupid government give-away programs that are ripe with fraud. Let the rules of engagement be that any threat to the US or US forces will be dealt with swiftly and severely, and their insurance policy will cover any collateral damage, not the US government. Let our armed forces do their job without tying their hands behind their back. And finally, stop using the US military as your personal feel-good social experiment. Women will not be able to qualify for special operations forces without lowering the standards that men have had to meet for over 50 years now. A stroke of your pen will not make women stronger or more qualified. Rather, it will only take the word "Special" away from the word "Forces"!REPORT COMMENTS
