Respectfully; REGARDLESS OF PARTY, THIS is what it's all about! This isn't about differences of opinion between you and I, if they exist, but about the Law of the Land. The US Constitution should not be 'interpreted (except by the courts), fudged or finagled'. You took an oath to defend it, not to do the above! If someone doesn't like part of it, introduce an amendment, otherwise it means what it says! And no one, even the President, should circumvent it.
