As a woman I will never give up my right to own a gun and I will be willing to die before I allow the government to take my gun. So the government better be prepared for the rest of the gun owners to defend their guns. There will not be another Ruby Ridge. I am writing to urge you reject the Map 21 Bill. It would, among other things, the power to take away the Second Amendment RIGHT to bear arms from anyone they simply ACCUSE of being delinquent on their taxes, and without due process. As well as to revoke their passports and travel rights; place them in a centralizsed database; and authorize the removal of their right to own a firearm. Again, I ask that you reject Map 21. My husband is a preacher and I'm a health care worker. A few years ago, the IRS mistakenly claimed we owed $3 million in taxes! Even though they later agreed this was a huge error, under this law, our passports would have been seized. It took a year and a half to have this corrected.
