Where does Planned Parenthood or anyone get the idea that abortion is legal. The 14th Amendment guarantees the right to LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Congress needs to overrule the Supreme Court on their 1973 Roe v Wade decision to allow abortion. The Constitution is the law of the land and not the Supreme Court. Stand up Congress and do the job you were elected to do by the voters.REPORT COMMENTS

When abortion law was first enacted, the Supreme Court left us an out on Abortion, saying it was not there job to establish when life begins, so now science has advanced we know when life begins ! Pass a law that life begins at conception, we now know it does ,then abortion is murder,of a baby complete with all it's body part's, but without any legal representation for the baby's right to life! If you seen the video's , then is there really any doubt that abortion in most cases is murder! These babie's are premature, but other than the way they get nutition, they are a complete person! We can see with ultra sound if the Baby is male or female, complete with heart beats, moving legs ,arms and head ! They are alive and have the right to life as any other person.
