Need more detailed information on the proposal bill. What voucher are in bill for low income or no income persons. What happens to allocation to states and how is it preporsoned? What dept will manage system and how paid for by whom? At what rate and it equally applied to all purchases. Groceries. Medicine and etc. what other fees attached to this? Absolutely NO VAT!!!!!!! -

Former Speaker of The House, Newt Gringrich and Chairman of The Ways and Means Committee, decades ago, wrote and exposed The FairTax Bill to Congress with a "modern simulated act of throwing boxes of tea off of the Constitution Ship in Boston Harbor, that began the major change in "unfair taxes" in our beloved United States of America. Now, is the time to do the same for our beloved United States of America, in reality! Our present taxc code is dishonest and, unnecessarily, puts American Tax Payers in I.R.S. (mostly, illegal debt), even jail, by twisting the tax laws (really twisting them). The Readers Digest, many years ago, had a scathing article of how the I.R.S. had mistakenly (really sneakingly) billed over 200,000 Tax Payers with the wrong bills and even hid tax payments, because of clerical overloads, in the push up ceilings of the I.R.S. offices in Penn. Not too many years ago, a dis-wrought tax payer, killed himself by flying his small airplane into an I.R.S. high rise building in Austin, Texas. NONE of these conditions are necessary to harass and jail and kill American "Tax Payers....with the use of a simple "sales tax" which has operated in the largest State of The United States for decades as ...The California Sales Tax...which is not a fully realistic and honest sales tax....but it has not jailed or killed any America Tax Payer so far as we know! THE FAIRTAX IS REALLY FAIR BECAUSE IT MAKES EVERYONE PAY A FAIR FEDERAL TAX EVERY TIME ANYONE (HONEST OR CRIMINAL) BUY A FEDERALLY TAX. THAT IS ABOUT AS "FAIR" AS ANY TAX CAN BE!
