If this enables killing unborn children via abortion, then not only NO, but HELL NO! The Chineese kill millions of girls just because of gender preference, and I imiagine that there are women or couples in the US who opt for this proceedure if the child is not the sex they want as an infant. Trouble is, that by the time you know the sex of the baby via ultra-sound, to abort it you have to stop the birth process after the head and neck are pushed out of a womens body and have a murderous Dr stick a very sharp ling pointed sissor blades deep into the struggling infants ' neck and cut the spinal cord.
