Tell Senators: Support the "Keep Your Health Plan Act"

With the disastrous Obamacare law still on the books, this bill is essential in preserving consumer freedom in the healthcare market.

Barack Obama lied when he repeatedly said “if you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan” under Obamacare.

The fact is, on January 1, 2014 many Americans’ health insurance plans disappeared despite Obama’s promises over the past five years.

Congress needs to pass legislation that to protect Americans' health plans from Obamacare.

The “Keep Your Health Plan Act” would reduce the federal government’s heavy hand by allowing those with health insurance to keep their plan as-is if they wish to.

A simple two-page bill, the Act would modify sections of Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and allow insurance companies to “grandfather” existing healthcare plans.

With the disastrous Obamacare law still on the books, this bill is essential in preserving consumer freedom in the healthcare market.

Take Action! Sign the petition and tell your U.S. Senators to support the “Keep Your Health Plan Act” and force Obama to keep his promise on Obamacare!

*The House of Representatives passed this bill on November 15 with a vote of 261 to 157. Thus, we have disabled the letters to the House as their actions have been taken.

Support the Keep Your Health Plan Act. That's a start on undoing the damage of Obamacare. What about his promise that premiums would go down?

This change to allow people to retain their current insurance needs to be made a permanent part of the ObamaCare program; not just for a year.

When did a president get the "right" to tel an American citizen what kind of insurance he had to accept, what he could or could not do with his present insurance? that is a violation of a citizens rights!

I find it interesting that the media only mentions the plans being dropped that don't meet the ACA "standards" but they fail to mention that before the ACA's start date that our insurance company raised our rates 40%, deductible increase and co-pay increase with a lovely letter saying our rates were increased in ANTICIPATION OF THE AHC BILL! The middle class will continue to suffer from this administration. Paying more and getting less and some capable that won't pay nor work, that is what socialized medicine is all about.

So much damage already done. Please put an end to creating desperate times for hard working middle class. I don't have a clue if it is realistically possible to undo the damage to those families whose insurance carriers have bid them "goodby". How do you fix that? An apology from our Commander in Chief" who is now bent on finding out if our military leadership will fire on American Citizens is more disturbing than Obomacare. He wouldn't be asking this questions just as a joke to pass the time of day. You can guess what's on his mind next. IMPEACH him NOW!
