My insurance I used to receive through my job has been canceled because it doesn't meet the federal requirements. Now, my only options for health care are more expensive and offer less, which don't seem like options at all. It's Dec 14 and my insurance will end on the 21st. I'm not expecting this bill to pass in time or to bring back my old insurance coverage. I want to be a law-abiding citizen, but that requires me to pay a huge amount of money out of pocket and that is so stressful right now as I am living paycheck to paycheck. One of the founding principles of this nation was one that upheld "certain unalienable rights, that among these are-- life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Since the Affordable Health Care Act does not offer affordable health care, I feel that these rights are being infringed. I was a supporter of this act in the beginning, but now I see that I was wrongly mislead in terms of the capacity of this act to actually help people.REPORT COMMENTS
