Tell Congress: You Are Responsible for the Outcome of Increased Gun Control!

If Bloomberg and his ilk succeed in banning more weapons, then they must be prepared to take full responsibility for their bad policies.

Anti-gun Mayor Michael Bloomberg recently claimed responsibility for school shootings and gun-related acts of aggressive violence.

He told Cynthia McFadden of ABC's Nightline,"I hold you and me responsible. We didn't pay attention to what our legislators were doing... we have let our society degenerate -- our country degenerate to the point where we have a murder rate that you cannot compare it to other countries."

His solution: ban guns. Not just in Connecticut or in his jurisdiction of New York City, but ban them nationwide!

Bloomberg playing the role of the all-caring, all-wise Governor is seeking to do what no human is able -- eradicate acts of violence and aggression -- and is wrongfully (and unlawfully) calling for the practical end of the Second Amendment and the right to self-defense.

If Bloomberg and his ilk succeed in banning more weapons, then they must be prepared to take full responsibility for their bad policies.

Send a message that is loud and clear to the the House and Senate. Tell them that if they support legislation that would increase bans on firearms held by law-abiding Americans, then they alone are responsible for every single act of violence that is committed in the future due to their bad, deadly policies that disarm Americans from their own defense!

I expect my elected officials to firmly stand for the 2nd amendment, and to not only refuse any new legislation, but also repeal the 1994 bans. The only ban that would be supported is fully automatic military weapons, which have been banned for quite some time. Senator Feinstein's attempt to circumvent or create legislation contrary to the 2nd amendment is not acceptable. As my elected official, I expect you to stand up to this and introduce legislation to repeal the 1994 bans, and allow NO new legislation against the 2nd amendment. I believe that the 2nd amendment is quite clear when it tells me that my rights to keep and bear arms will NOT be infringed. Background checks and limiting automatic military weapons is sufficient. Disarming law abiding citizens is not the answer to our gun problems.

Is the car evil because a drunk driver kills someone? NO, it is the driver. Guns are no different. It is not the gun, it is the shooter.

Our American Constitution guarantees us the right to bear arms. Criminals will get guns one way or another. Why should law-abiding citizens not be able to protect themselves from these criminals?

Why are guns responsible for deaths when your pens you sign into laws about wars, debt and raises not responsible? The gun and the pen are the tools of good or evil people. Which of the two have killed more? Why is only one instrument responsible?

Gun control doesn't work....Adam Lanza stole his weapons, the nut who ambushed firefighters in NJ recently had someone legally buy weapons for a convicted felon. Chicago has tough gun laws and highest rate of violent crime and gun violence, leaving unarmed and law abiding citizens sitting ducks. You want gun control? How about you set an example and all you politicians do away with all your ARMED security. Easy for imbeciles protected by the firearm to point fingers and try to take away other people's firearms. We the People don't have armed security following us around, WE are our OWN SECURITY. Bloomberg is a hypocritical toolbox. What part of "shall not infringe" upon my God given rights do you not understand??

This is not about crime, this is controlling the people at machine gun point. Violence will explode in this country once the illegal aliens, gangs, and the tyrants really running the country know they can murder us with impunity. If this ban becomes law, the hostile religious and racial aliens behind it will have the blood of millions on their hands.

As far as I am concerned - they are already responsible for the obvious failure of their"Gun Free Zones" - they invite such terrible things to happen there.
