Tell Congress: Support S. 2122 to Defend Property Rights

Property rights are among the natural rights codified in our Constitution, and are an essential part of a free society -- the Defense of Environment and Property Act of 2012 must be supported!

The Center for the Defense of Free Enterprise's Ron Arnold on S. 2122:

"It simply clarifies the definition of navigable waters to mean 'navigable-in-fact' instead of the blurry, arbitrary mush that the EPA now uses to destroy property rights. Sen. Paul has given us a very clever way to get control of the fundamental power of the government instead of going for incremental baby steps that always leave us the loser.

...

Let's do everything we can to get more congressional sponsors and more citizen supporters for Sen. Paul's bill, S. 2122!"

Support Senator Rand Paul's "Defense of Environment and Property Act of 2012" -- sign the petition below and send messages to lawmakers demanding the support this!

Anyone who has another opinion on a subject that the Government wants to ram thru is labeled a trouble maker, rabel rouser, someone just bored and wanting attention anything but the truth that many of these projects are junk science driven by an ideology that doesn't hold water. A public hearing should be just that, government should turn on its ears and hear instead of bailing out on questions, written we might answer them someday, but probably not. If something is a good project or product it should be defendable.

Get the EPA out of our lives! It is not elected, it is effectively a 4th branch of government, never meant or envisioned by the Founders of this great nation. Let's keep it great!
