The way I see it, we don't need a Constitutional Amendment. All us taxpayers need to do is "Request A Copy" of our Congress person and deduct the amount that is in question off of our IRS taxpayer amount. Simple. The records should be readily accessed according to the Constitution.REPORT COMMENTS
