This is one more costly give away when we need to balance the budget. Many students in schools with low income populations have nicer cell phones than I can afford provided for free and they text during class, listen to music on their phones and go on facebook. And as if it isn't bad enough they then charge them on the county taxpayers dime. Then they laugh at my cheap cell phone because it's all I can afford while I'm paying for theirs. I'm tired of giving the poor luxury items for free while I work 5 jobs just to get by.REPORT COMMENTS

God's word says that everyone should work by the seat of their brow and those that don't work and provide for their own families are worse than infidals. People should give and help others , but only when those that need help are unable to do any kind of work for themselves, and it's not the governments job to force those that want to work to give to the sorry lazy people that don't want to work. obumer isn't giving anyone a free phone. it's the working people, the ones that are not lazy, that are being made to pay for those phones.REPORT COMMENTS
