One individual in my neighborhood has five (5) of these free phones each from different carriers. Also, Fry's food Stores gives an coupon like printout to food stamp buyers telling them how to get one of these "free" phones. Check out the internet for more info on free government phones...Puerto Rico has millions of people getting these free phones. Why in this bad economy would a rational government not cut this program to try and cut out frivolous spending?? Glad they do not run my budget. This program is far and wide more wasteful than it appears.REPORT COMMENTS
