Legislated Acts are of LESSER WEIGHT of Law than the Constitution. Any Act of violating the Constitution is criminal and constitutes cause for Impeachment and indictment under charges. The Patriot Act was engineered right from the start as a violation of numerous Constitutional specifics AGAINST government interference. Any action taken that does NOT advocate for or result in the repeal of the Patriot Act is "aiding and abetting" in favor of the government perpetuating the crimes.May 9th, 2015FRANCIS K. from Penngrove, CA signed.

Congress needs to stop passing laws that contradict the Constitution or Bill of Rights. As long as these documents are the law of the land any law that conflicts with them are null and void. Citizens do not have to abide by these useless laws. Americans need to stand up to these politicians and lawless judges and tell them to go pound sand. These rights are inviolate and no one has the right to overturn them. Stand fast and quit bowing down to these ignorant people who are supposed to represent the people of this country. We need to elect people for Congress who know and abide by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Otherwise this country will become a third world country. God forbid that would happen.REPORT COMMENTS
