I have many ancestors who fought in the American Revolution at great sacrifice so that we can have a Second Ammendment. Not on my watch will a bunch of lily livered Bolsheviks strip us of our right to defend ourselves from them. My ancestors would have hung from the neck anyone who attempted to disarm them, after tar and feathering them and given them a rail ride to the hanging tree, after a fair trial of course.. Why don't these pussilsnemous finks introduce legislation to confiscate cars since there are so many accidents, injuries, and deaths ? It's because they have an agenda that can't be reached while WE THE PEOPLE are armed to the teeth, and that just goes to show what cowards they are.REPORT COMMENTS

Please oppose by your vote gun control and gun control related legislation this includes motions to proceed and cloture votes that would likely result in gun control/gun control related legislation proceeding. Please also oppose by your vote the proceeding items the poorly written plastic gun ban (this ban could be abused to grab more guns not made entirely of metal.), the expanded or universal background checks, the U.N. arms trade treaty, anti-gun related executive orders, and anti-gun judges. Please also oppose by your vote any attempt to deny, restrict, regulate or tax guns, magazines and ammunition. Please stand strong and steadfast in full unwavering support of our entire U.S. Constitution that you have sworn to uphold and defend this includes our 2nd amendment. Our founding Fathers wisely sought the counsel of the Lord our God when they formed our incredible U.S. Constitution their wording of our 2nd amendment (the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.) this wording is explicitly clear. Our founding Fathers writing's supporting the intent of our 2nd amendment are also just as explicitly clear. England had similar gun rights in their English bill of rights these rights were slowly compromised and regulated virtually out of existence. Please never ever in the disguise of moderation allow our 2nd amendment rights and freedoms to be compromised, restricted or denied. Thomas Jefferson's Legal Commonplace Book has a quote from Cesare Beccaria an eighteenth century criminologist that says " Laws that forbid the carrying of arms tend to disarm only those neither determined nor inclined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage rather than prevent homicide." This could not be any better well said. The criminal element and those intent on evil have no regard at all for gun control laws they only restrict and deny the rights of law abiding citizens. Our Constitutional Republic has our Legislative branch to enact laws the Executive branch enforces these laws. After President Obama's gun control package that included expanded background checks was defeated April 18 2013 President Obama in an end around Congress (he doesn't need Congress he has a pen) has implemented his own gun control package with expanded background checks through Executive orders this should not be. What does HIPAA privacy laws do? Protect individuals medical records and other personal health information. HIPAA privacy law has been around for quite a while for all the right reasons,to protect your private information between you and your Doctor. The Obama Administrations record on privacy abuses is not good at all. The repeal of part of our HIPPA privacy law rights is another breach of an privacy rights for the Obama administration. gun owners of America is all over this issue also they are pushing for an appropriations rider to defund this partial repeal of HIPAA privREPORT COMMENTS
