I am requesting that you initiate a Formal Investigation into the events of, and surrounding, the terrorist attack on the Benghazi Consulate and Ambassadorial and Security Staff on September 11 thru September 12, 2012, which resulted in the deaths of four Citizens of The United States of America. It is my understanding that this was allowed to happen, without intervention and support from immediately available assets; all while President Obama, Vice President Biden, SecState Clinton, and SecDef Gates, among others, monitored the situation in real-time after being advised of the Terrorist Attack within minutes - NOT HOURS - of its commencement. Further, that at least three direct requests for help were met with a stand-down order when we had assets in place and ready to go. In one instance, one of those killed (a former Navy SEAL) was laser designating an ACTIVE opposition mortar site that was firing on the American Compound / safe house. He requested close air support (CAS) / fire support from a nearby AC-130 Gunship. His request was DENIED and he DIED! How can we ask and expect our young men and women to go in harms way when they realize that this is the support they will get from their Commander- in- Chief? I have also read where General Ham (Commander AFRICOM) and Rear Admiral Charles Gaouette (commander CGS-3) have both essentially been relieved of command for their attempts to affect a rescue, despite the stand-down order. They were following the most basic of our military principles AND following their Oath of Office. This comes subsequent to the administration overtly lying to the American public that this incident was due to a YouTube video, when they clearly knew that to be untrue. The video story is just that a story. Appointing a panel to investigate is just a delay tactic. Obama, Biden and Penetta and many others watched in real time as these men were slaughtered, there is no other answer and spinning it doesn't work. Penetta said he didn't have enough info to send in aide - so watching it in live covereage while these men were pleading for help and help was less than and hour away and this lasted over seven hours and there was three "STAND DOWN ORDER" that can be only called by the President. These poor men who have trained to never leave anyone behind and that you always tried to rescue to be given up for slaughter is beyond disgusting. Just what is impeachable or treason now days since we don't operate by the rule of law, but whatever I feel like doing.REPORT COMMENTS

Where is our Congress, I as a citizen have voted for representatives to "watch and control" the Executive Branch of our government. Is no one in Washington representing the American citizens today. I understand things happen like this in warfare, but how could the requests for more security prior be denied; and then the fiasco that has happened since be allowed to go unanswered. Everyday there seems to be more information that condradicts the President and his administrations handling of it.
