President Obama is NOT above the law. He MUST be held accountable. This country has three branches of government to act as checks and balances so no one branch becomes all-powerful. His Executive Orders, Presidential Powers, Czars, etc. are way out of line and need to be investigated. Thanks for listening to me.

It is high time you Congressmen and women take things under control and put a stop to Obama's ignoring the constitution. It is time to impeach him. He belongs behind prison bars! Please get him stopped in all his illegal activities.

The president is not above the law! The president is a servant of the people; citizens of the USA; we are not his servants or subjects.

Kentucky Vs. King: Reporting from Washington — The Supreme Court gave police more leeway to break into homes or apartments in search of illegal drugs when they suspect the evidence otherwise might be destroyed. Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. In her dissent, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she feared the ruling gave police an easy way to ignore 4th Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures. She said the amendment's "core requirement" is that officers have probable cause and a search warrant before they break into a house. Shameful!
