This is just another total waste of the taxpayers money, like many many more that should be stopped. It would be shocking if the taxpayers knew how much of their hard earned money was being WASTED by this admnistration. The GOP neeeds to put a stop to them and all duplication of govt. If there was a way to make a profit, private enterprise will develop it. Government needs to get out of the private sector and stop making all these billion dollar boon doggle investments like Solyndra and clean out the departments that live large at the taxpayers expense like GSA, the court and all their lavish vacations. When there is a budget deficit you tighten your belt and not spend money that isn't there. With technology people do not need to travel to lavish vacation spots to have meetings or semi educational seminars.REPORT COMMENTS

The administration is attempting to reduce coal generation yet promote electric cars. The two philosophies are incompatable.
