I was surprised there were not armed MP's on base back in 2009, and they still have done nothing to fix that problem. If Military Bases are so Unarmed then these type of events will continue, when they could easily be avoided for the most part if there were armed MP's on Base. Also as a 30 year veteran, the chain of command MUST evaluate and document behavior regardless of their race or religion.
