THE SUPREME COURT THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL FOURTH BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT THE SUPREME COURT HAS UNCONSTITUTIONALLY MORPHED ( EVOLVED ) INTO THE FOURTH BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT, WHOS IDEALOGOGY CONTROLS THE DIRECTION OF THE STATE BY REGULATING, ( CONTROLLING ), THE LAWYERS WHO PRACTICE THERE. The lawyers and the Judges are the decisive factors of who wins and who loses. Sometimes with the guidance of the Court, Sue Sponte, the Judge can change the out-come of the proceeding, but only if he wants to. ( Sue Sponte means: on its own motion. Here the Judge can interrupt the proceedings and interject which direction the attorneys should go, or it can change the direction of the outcome by injecting whatever it thinks is right. The Court can do this in the name of justice.) Because the Judges regulate the lawyers and themselves, there are no checks and balances, and no transparency. And for those who have felt the wrath of greedy lawyers; know that the Bar is a part of the Supreme Court; and the members of the Bar (Lawyers) are considered Officers of the Court. And if you research some of the cases where the Bar examiners have been sued, you will see they have been successful when they use the veil of immunity of the Supreme Court Judges to thwart the law. The truth of the matter is, the Florida Supreme Court is not a licensing agency. There is no Constitutional provision that gives the Court this power. The Court bestowed this power upon themselves. THE REGULATION OF LAWYERS THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT BAR IS NOT A LICENSING AGENCY, AND THE INTEGRATION OF THE BAR (A PRIVITE ENTITY) INTO THE SUPREME COURT, IS STRICTLY PRHIBITED BY THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION. ARTICLE III section I of The United States Constitution states: the Supreme Court shall operate as one court; Under the Florida Constitution this prohibition can be found in Article V, §7 and §20, (schedule for Article V), and §§10 which states: The Supreme Court shall not be bifurcated. The scheme to incorporate The Florida Supreme Court, The Bar, and the Bar examiners was just that, a scheme, to co-mingle these entities and create the Unconstitutional Board of the Bar, in the Florida Supreme Court. By doing so, the Florida Supreme Court is in complete control of the legal system here in Florida. The Court allows the Lawyers the privilege to practice law by being members of a private group (the Bar), at their discretion, and take away that same privilege if deemed necessary. This is the unlawful administration of the practice of law. WHEN DOES A PERSON BECOME A LAWYER? Once a student completes three to five years of law school, and graduates, that student is a lawyer. There is no other test needed. The only thing left to do is, find an area of law and set up practice. A lawyers quality depends on the amount of time that is put into their practice.
