Chronic dependence on welfare is always self perpetuating and ALWAYS results in failure to progress toward freedom and independance. Unless that result is your goal, the hard won reforms to our welfare system must be upheld to truly help the needy. The best outlets for charity should be charitable organizations and not the government. Government should govern and at a minimum necessary to do that.REPORT COMMENTS
